Porn Libre hosts no video. Entries point at material held by third-party sites. Removing an entry here removes it from this catalogue; it does not remove the video from the site hosting it, which has to be contacted separately. This page covers what happens on this side.

Reporting an infringement

Use the report form, or write to abuse@pornlibre.com. The takedown page describes the route in full.

A notice is actionable when it identifies the work, gives the URL on this site of every entry complained of, gives a way to contact you, and states that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that what you have said is accurate and that you are entitled to act for the rights holder.

What happens to a removed entry

A removed entry returns HTTP 410 at its old address and offers related material instead of vanishing. The removal is recorded with its date and reason — the record is the point, so that a later question about what was done and when has an answer.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to the same address identifying the entry, where it was, and why you believe the removal was wrong, with a way to contact you. A counter-notice may be passed to the party who complained.

Repeat infringers

Where the same source is the subject of repeated valid complaints, material from it is removed from this catalogue and that source may be excluded from future syncing altogether. The tools that do this exist already: syncing is per-source and per-video, so exclusion is enforced at ingest rather than promised in a policy.

Bad-faith notices

Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes carries liability in most jurisdictions. Notices are read by a person, not processed automatically.
